While the Professional Karate Commission has continued to provide membership and sanctioned events, Region IV of the PKC has transformed and grown into an organization quite substantial in itself.
 
We announce an important step in the development of the PKC, more specifically Region IV.  Mr. Glenn Keeney has decided to sell off the various regions and Region IV is now owned locally by a team of prominent martial artists headed by Master John K. Barton.
 
Please understand that Mr. Glenn Keeney will continue to provide your international membership and provide sanctioned events for international point standings.  The new Region IV will now handle new and renewal memberships and sanctioning for all Region IV events directly.
 
We are truly excited about the future for Region IV…there are planned improvements in your membership and expansion of Region IV. 

Region IV used to be Pennsylvania, but now will include New York and Ontario, Canada. It is our determined desire to help make your experience in martial arts a valuable one.  With that said we are developing the following items as part of your membership:
